Eligibility
Refunds apply to confirmed cohort seats paid to Cloudapidynamics. Informational prices on this website are not charges. Corporate purchase orders may follow the refund clause in the signed agreement if it differs.
Timeframe for full refund
You may request a full refund up to 14 calendar days after payment and at least 7 calendar days before the cohort start date, whichever ends sooner. Requests after the first live session begins are evaluated under partial refund rules below.
Partial refunds
If you withdraw after the cohort starts but before Module 3 concludes, we may issue a partial refund of up to 40% of the seat fee, less any non-recoverable facilitator costs already incurred. After Module 3 begins, seat fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Non-refundable items
Custom private briefings already delivered, Assurance Wing leadership memos completed, and third-party exam fees (if any were arranged separately) are non-refundable. Digital lab packets downloaded after kickoff are non-returnable.
Cancellation by Cloudapidynamics
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of amounts paid for the cancelled seat.
Refund process
Email info@cloudapidynamics.digital with your invoice number, learner name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and outline next steps.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days to the original payment method when possible. Bank wires may require additional information for Korean remittance compliance.
Exceptions
Serious documented medical emergencies or mandatory military obligations may qualify for transfer or goodwill credit outside the standard schedule, decided case by case.
